Bloody nightmare.

How would you describe 2020? C’était une année de merde. Horrível. Blech! However you say it, we’re all feeling it. 2020 stirred many emotions—and with them a lot of common expressions, too.

Role: Creative Direction

The challenge.

The toughest part about this spot was just getting it made. Covid not only served as a catalyst in learning new ways to work with small, nimble production teams around the world, but the pent up frustrations of everyone’s situation allowed for some very genuine emotions to come through in the spot. In the end it was a great learning experience for us and made for a nice piece that authentically captured the feelings of, well, the globe.
